Recognizing the critical importance of mentoring and sponsoring boys and young men, Men\u2019s Ministries has developed the Royal Rangers Sponsorship Program and designated it as one of our Foundational Ministries to highlight its priority.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #2e3d47;\">Men\u2019s Ministries Focus:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #2e3d47;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist in the establishing of a Royal Rangers Outpost in every Pentecostal Holiness Church.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Royal Rangers Sponsorship Program: A Men\u2019s Ministries program that should be implemented in every church that has a Royal Rangers Outpost. This program provides a direct contact between men of the local church and Royal Rangers. Its purpose is twofold:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"color: #2e3d47;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Encouragement and prayer support for each Ranger.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Financial support for each Ranger.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"color: #2e3d47;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Planning for Chapter Presidents and Conference Directors<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Promote every pastor sending his or her Ranger Commander to the annual National Council meeting in the month of January.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Promote January as charter month. ($5.00 per leader, $5.00 per boy)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Promote the Royal Rangers Sponsorship Program - $1.00 per week per boy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Promote every Men\u2019s Ministries chapter to assist with conference Royal Rangers functions. (Pow Wows, PLTC\u2019s, JLTC\u2019s, BSA Field Day, etc!)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"color: #2e3d47;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Utilize and support a Pinewood Derby in order to:<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strengthen the relationship between a father and son.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Give every man an opportunity to mentor a boy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Raise funds.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Give an opportunity to present the gospel to the lost.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"color: #2e3d47;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>* Two questions for local chapter presidents and conference directors to consider:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"color: #2e3d47;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Do you know your Outpost Commander?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Do you have a Royal Rangers leader on your board?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"color: #2e3d47;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>For information and supplies:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #2e3d47;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>LifeSprings Resources<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">P.O.
