2016 was an amazing year for Student Ministries<\/a>.<\/p>\n

One of our main goals for the year was to strengthen the\u00a0lines of communication\u00a0within student ministry leaders of the IPHC. The Lord truly blessed us in that endeavor, creating opportunities for networking and training throughout a number of IPHC conferences. We have built some wonderful friendships with pastors and leaders all across the United States! We believe that this network\u00a0of support is crucial to the success of IPHC Student Ministries, and we look forward to continuing to build this support system!<\/p>\n

The Student Ministries team enjoyed participating in the Family Discipleship Tour with the Discipleship Ministries team. The SMAT was able to participate in four of the six conferences and each event found new friendships and connections being made.\u00a0We are continuing to ask ourselves how Student Ministries can minister to the entire Church family, not just the students!<\/p>\n

As always, YouthQuest<\/a> was a major part of our time during the summer months. This year’s YouthQuest was the first event that the Student Ministries team planned together and it was an overwhelming success. God spoke to many students throughout the event, calling some into ministry and filling others with the Holy Spirit, many for the first time! It was an amazing feeling to stand in the midst of 1,500 students and leaders, as one family, worshiping the Father together.<\/p>\n

We are anticipating great things for 2017 as well. The Team is looking forward to our Student Ministries Tour, where we hope to further develop relationships with leaders in our conferences, as well as share resources and training. We are also looking forward to YouthQuest<\/a>, which will be in conjunction with General Conference<\/a> in Orlando, Florida.<\/p>\n

Our goal for 2017\u00a0is to create training opportunities and resources that will truly benefit the local church. We believe that the Lord is calling students to a deeper relationship with Him, to benefit His kingdom. Our desire is to faithfully serve where God has called us, and to see the Church succeed so that others may know Him!<\/p>\n

Uno de nuestros principales objetivos para el a\u00f1o era el de fortalecer las l\u00edneas de comunicaci\u00f3n dentro de los l\u00edderes del ministerio de estudiantes de la IISP. El Se\u00f1or verdaderamente nos bendijo en esa empresa, la creaci\u00f3n de oportunidades para la creaci\u00f3n de redes y la formaci\u00f3n a lo largo de una serie de conferencias IISP. Hemos construido algunas amistades maravillosas con pastores y l\u00edderes de todo Estados Unidos! Creemos que esta red de apoyo es crucial para el \u00e9xito de la IISP Ministerios estudiantiles, y esperamos continuar construyendo este sistema de apoyo! El equipo de Ministerios Estudiante disfrut\u00f3 participando en la Familia Discipulado Tour con el equipo de Ministerios de Discipulado. El SMAT pudo participar en cuatro de las seis conferencias y cada evento encontrado nuevas amistades y conexiones que se realizan. Seguimos preguntarnos c\u00f3mo Ministerios estudiantiles pueden ministrar a toda la familia de la Iglesia, no s\u00f3lo a los estudiantes! Como siempre, YouthQuest<\/a> era una parte importante de nuestro tiempo durante los meses de verano. YouthQuest de este a\u00f1o fue el primer evento que el equipo de Ministerios Estudiante planeado juntos y fue un \u00e9xito rotundo. Dios habl\u00f3 a muchos estudiantes durante todo el evento, llamar a algunos en el ministerio y llenando los dem\u00e1s con el Esp\u00edritu Santo, muchos por primera vez! Fue una sensaci\u00f3n incre\u00edble estar de pie en medio de 1.500 estudiantes y l\u00edderes, como una sola familia, adorando al Padre juntos. Estamos anticipando grandes cosas para el 2017 tambi\u00e9n. El equipo est\u00e1 a la espera de nuestra Estudiante Ministerios Tour, donde se espera desarrollar a\u00fan m\u00e1s las relaciones con los l\u00edderes de nuestras conferencias, as\u00ed como compartir recursos y formaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n estamos mirando adelante a YouthQuest<\/a> , que estar\u00e1 en conjunci\u00f3n con la Conferencia General<\/a> en Orlando, Florida. Nuestro objetivo para 2017 es crear oportunidades de formaci\u00f3n y recursos que realmente beneficien a la iglesia local. Creemos que el Se\u00f1or est\u00e1 llamando a los estudiantes a una relaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s profunda con \u00c9l, en beneficio de su reino. Nuestro deseo es servir fielmente donde Dios nos ha llamado, y para ver la Iglesia tenga \u00e9xito para que otros puedan conocerlo!
