\u201cRacism, discrimination, and prejudice- these are all issues that society is facing. Your students, whether they are aware of it or not, are being impacted by these issues. It is important that we join together in our churches and in our homes and address the events that are taking place in our world. It may be an uncomfortable conversation to have, but it is a necessary one.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

IPHC Student Ministries wants to come alongside you and help facilitate conversations with your students. Stephen Jones, our Student Ministries Advisory Team Leader, has developed a resource to help parents and leaders walk through the topic of racism.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The study is a four-part series titled #TrendingNow. Centered around the truth of the\u00a0<\/span>imago Dei<\/span><\/em>, this resource will teach students that we are each made in the image of God, and we should treat each other with the value and dignity that we inherently possess.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
