If you know, you know! If you don\u2019t, please allow me to shed some light on what\u2019s going on so that you, your church, and your conference can benefit, too.<\/p>\n
Upon immediate observation, the game plan is simple: Provide practical, immediately applicable local church training and leadership development to those who want it. I know what you might be thinking, \u201cGreat\u2026here we go again.\u201d However, that, frankly, isn\u2019t the case. There\u2019s evidence here. Testimonies from pastors, local church and conference leadership that you know. You don\u2019t have to take my word for it. Additionally, I have no intention of teaching you anything as you read these words. Instead, my goal is to simply point out a few things and whet your appetite for more, then connect you with people who can provide help and support. This article is not a crash course in local church ministry or leadership development. I\u2019ll leave that to those who are doing it \u2013 living it out, day after day \u2013 and getting results.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\nFor as long as I can remember, my father has asked me a specific question after I come home from a conference, mission trip, service, or something similar, and that is: \u201cWhat are three takeaways you learned?\u201d It has become so commonplace in my life that after the Equip Conference March 15-16, 2019, I naturally determined three takeaways for myself. Now, keep in mind, this Equip Conference was designed to showcase, exemplify, and display the \u201cins and outs\u201d of a healthy IPHC local church.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The three takeaways are as follows:<\/p>\n
\n- Lost?<\/strong> First and foremost, I observed the obvious passion and zeal that the leaders and speakers of the Equip Conference exhibit for the lost. That is their priority, as it should be, right? Luke 19:10 tells us, \u201cfor the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.\u201d Upon arrival Friday night, you hear it, then you hear it again, then you wake up Saturday morning, attend the sessions and hear it again, and again! Our consideration should be to lead others to Christ. Do you want a healthy, growing, multiplying, church or conference? Then center your efforts around getting souls saved. Will it be perfect? No, but it\u2019ll be worth it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/p>\n
\n- Learn from the experts! <\/strong>Now, before the scoffing and stoning takes place, let me say that those who were onstage, those who held the mic at this Equip Conference wouldn\u2019t go so far as to claim they were experts in anything. However, as someone who wants to learn, I want to be taught by people who can teach me something. I\u2019m sure you\u2019ve heard that \u201cexperience is a great teacher,\u201d some even say it\u2019s the best. This is what these individuals bring to the table. Common sense tells me to get as close to them as possible. They\u2019ve been there, they\u2019ve done that \u2013 and gotten results. Matthew 21:18-22 tells the story of the withered fig tree. We must consider what becomes of things that do not properly produce according to Scripture. Am I saying this to praise these people or put them on a pedestal? Of course not, they wouldn\u2019t want to be there anyway. What I am saying is, \u201cThank God for them!\u201d And furthermore, they are willing, eager, prepared, and ready to help.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Wait. What? IPHC? What is that supposed to mean? If you\u2019re reading this, I assume you know what IPHC stands for, if not click here<\/a> after you finish reading the rest of this article. \ud83d\ude42 However, I\u2019m not just talking about the words that correspond with the letters. I\u2019m referring to the idea, the church, the people, the destiny. This comes from someone who was born and bred in the IPHC. For me, Psalm 139 reads, \u201cYou sent me to an IPHC church in my mother\u2019s womb\u2026\u201d All jokes aside, I\u2019ve seen the church at the local, conference, and general level and what I\u2019m trying to tell you is, it\u2019s here<\/em>. The realization that angles and agendas, politics and egos, grudges and \u201cmy own piece of the pie,\u201d are thrown out the window when you work together is spreading across this family we call the IPHC. Honestly, IPHC ministers and leaders helping, supporting, training, and even celebrating other members of the IPHC is a welcome sight! We are all on the same team, friends! We are striving toward a common goal, the destiny, and calling that God has willed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\nPraise God for what is taking place all over the IPHC in these settings. It\u2019s proving to be a gamechanger for us already! All this is something to get excited about, folks, I hope you can sense the energy circulating through the IPHC. The goals of Arise 2033<\/a> demand an increased level of strategy, growth, and movement. It\u2019s all, literally, for such a time as this!<\/p>\nI hope all these words sparked something in you, I trust that you want to be a part of what God is doing through the IPHC, in the U.S., and abroad. The next Equip Conference will be held August 9-10, 2019, in Dickson, Tennessee. I hope you can attend! <\/a> Si lo sabes, lo sabes! Si no lo hace, perm\u00edtame arrojar algo de luz sobre lo que est\u00e1 sucediendo para que usted, su iglesia y su conferencia tambi\u00e9n puedan beneficiarse. Tras una observaci\u00f3n inmediata, el plan de juego es simple: proporcionar capacitaci\u00f3n de la iglesia local pr\u00e1ctica e inmediatamente aplicable y desarrollo de liderazgo a quienes lo deseen. Ahora, tenga en cuenta que esta Conferencia de Equipos fue dise\u00f1ada para mostrar, ejemplificar y mostrar los \"pormenores\" de una iglesia local de IPHC saludable. \r\n \t- \u00a1Aprende de los expertos!<\/strong> Ahora, antes de que tengan lugar la burla y la lapidaci\u00f3n, d\u00e9jenme decirles que aquellos que estuvieron en el escenario, quienes sostuvieron el micr\u00f3fono en esta Conferencia de Equipos no ir\u00edan tan lejos como para afirmar que eran expertos en nada. Sin embargo, como alguien que quiere aprender, quiero que me ense\u00f1en personas que puedan ense\u00f1arme algo. Estoy seguro de que has escuchado que \"la experiencia es un gran maestro\", algunos incluso dicen que es el mejor. Esto es lo que estos individuos traen a la mesa. El sentido com\u00fan me dice que me acerque lo m\u00e1s posible a ellos. Han estado all\u00ed, han hecho eso y han obtenido resultados. Mateo 21: 18-22 cuenta la historia de la higuera marchita. Debemos considerar en qu\u00e9 se convierten las cosas que no se producen adecuadamente de acuerdo con las Escrituras. \u00bfEstoy diciendo esto para alabar a estas personas o ponerlas en un pedestal? Por supuesto que no, no querr\u00edan estar all\u00ed de todos modos. Lo que estoy diciendo es: \u201c\u00a1Gracias a Dios por ellos!\u201d Y, adem\u00e1s, est\u00e1n dispuestos, ansiosos, preparados y listos para ayudar.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/a><\/strong>\r\n
\r\n \t- Espere. \u00bfQu\u00e9? IPHC? \u00bfQu\u00e9 se supone que significa eso? Si est\u00e1s leyendo esto, asumo que sabes lo que significa IPHC, si no, haz clic aqu\u00ed<\/a> despu\u00e9s de terminar de leer el resto de este art\u00edculo. :) Sin embargo, no estoy hablando solo de las palabras que corresponden a las letras. Me refiero a la idea, a la iglesia, a la gente, al destino. Esto viene de alguien que naci\u00f3 y se cri\u00f3 en el IPHC. Para m\u00ed, el Salmo 139 dice: \"Me enviaron a una iglesia de IPHC en el vientre de mi madre ...\" Dejando las bromas a un lado, he visto la iglesia a nivel local, de conferencias y general, y lo que estoy tratando de decirles es , esta aqui<\/em> La comprensi\u00f3n de que los \u00e1ngulos y las agendas, la pol\u00edtica y los egos, los rencores y \"mi propio pedazo del pastel\" se desechan cuando trabajas juntos se est\u00e1 extendiendo en esta familia que llamamos IPHC. Honestamente, los ministros y l\u00edderes de IPHC ayudan, apoyan, capacitan e incluso celebran a otros miembros de IPHC. \u00a1Todos estamos en el mismo equipo, amigos! Nos estamos esforzando hacia un objetivo com\u00fan, el destino y el llamado que Dios ha querido.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\u00a0<\/strong> Alabe a Dios por lo que est\u00e1 ocurriendo en toda la IPHC en estos entornos. \u00a1Ya est\u00e1 demostrando ser un gamechanger para nosotros! Todo esto es algo para emocionarse, amigos, espero que puedan sentir la energ\u00eda que circula a trav\u00e9s del IPHC. Los objetivos de Arise 2033<\/a> exigen un mayor nivel de estrategia, crecimiento y movimiento. \u00a1Es todo, literalmente, para un momento como este!
