<\/p>\nHispanic Ministries of the IPHC (local churches and pastors) have never been exposed to a training or resources on the subject of revitalization. There have been small trainings taking place here and there at a local level, but not for the entire body of ministers! Beyond that, using one model\/plan that can be beneficial to everybody, like the one we have received recently in Austin, TX, hasn’t been taught either. Our Hispanic churches need revitalization in many areas, even through challenges we face as an immigrant community in the USA. I am specifically talking about the population size in some areas where growth can be slower and smaller.<\/p>\n
There are key elements that were among us in Austin which will help to develop and launch a plan for revitalization, very soon. It was a great moment when we spent time meeting each other while there; this created friendship and accountability that will help in the future, to challenge mindsets that have been keeping us from more healthy, growing, multiplying churches.<\/p>\n
Knowing that EVUSA is offering the revitalization piece, through Church Revitalization & Multiplication, gives us understanding that there is a way! There are now resources and a willingness to help build those healthy, growing, multiplying churches. I believe that some pastors and leaders will be inspired, motivated, and compelled to do something when they see what is happening and hear about the results in some of the churches.<\/p>\n

Iglesias El Shaddai (El Shaddai Church), pastored by Marivel Reyes, was the perfect location for the training. A church that has experienced growth and has led by example in planting churches, is a church that deserves to be showcased.\u00a0Pastor Marivel and her team did outstanding work with the hospitality we received from them and they showed us generosity beyond all expectations. We pray that the Lord bless her and the church for such incredible attention and love! Assembling there also provides an opportunity to increase the influence of Texas Latin Conference and start entering through open doors for them to do ministry and support what has been done in other locations beyond their geographical boundaries. The\u00a0ministers present were able to taste the potential and consider the possibilities that were practical enough to take back and implement. They’re already making changes toward a greater harvest of souls. Also, we are learning that follow up is critical after these sort of training events! Taking the proper steps to keep advancing and getting into action, is key.<\/p>\n
Bishop Bryant’s participation in sharing the vision of \u201cARISE 2033\u201d set the path for whole gathering and gave a clear direction on where we are going with the training and the future of revitalization. His passion and energy helped us to focus on the real meaning of our calling and reason of what we are doing.\u00a0Josh Hannah connected very well with the Hispanic leaders, too. Everything he shared, from his testimony, to the challenges and teaching he gave us, fit perfectly into the Hispanic community! Regardless of the differences in any cultures, the application of principles and systems is what allows this training to make sense and be applicable to all!<\/p>\n
Building expectation<\/span>\u00a0<\/em>and hope<\/em><\/span> into the heart of the Hispanic ministry leaders about Church Revitalization & Multiplication, is maybe one of the most valuable goals we accomplished with the training itself! We now know, without a doubt, that we can have more healthy, growing, multiplying churches! And with God, we will! We thank Him for the opportunity and position EVUSA has in this! Nuestras iglesias hispanas necesitan una revitalizaci\u00f3n en muchas \u00e1reas, incluso a trav\u00e9s de los desaf\u00edos que enfrentamos como una comunidad de inmigrantes en los Estados Unidos. Estoy hablando espec\u00edficamente del tama\u00f1o de la poblaci\u00f3n en algunas \u00e1reas donde el crecimiento puede ser m\u00e1s lento y m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o. Hay elementos clave que estaban entre nosotros en Austin que ayudar\u00e1n a desarrollar y poner en marcha un plan para la revitalizaci\u00f3n, muy pronto. Fue un gran momento cuando pasamos tiempo reuni\u00e9ndonos all\u00ed; esto cre\u00f3 la amistad y la responsabilidad que ayudar\u00e1n en el futuro, a desafiar las mentalidades que nos han estado evitando las iglesias m\u00e1s saludables, en crecimiento y en multiplicaci\u00f3n. \u00a1Sabiendo que EVUSA est\u00e1 ofreciendo la pieza de revitalizaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de Revitalizaci\u00f3n y multiplicaci\u00f3n de iglesias, nos da a entender que hay una manera! Ahora hay recursos y la voluntad de ayudar a construir esas iglesias sanas, en crecimiento y multiplicadas. Creo que algunos pastores y l\u00edderes estar\u00e1n inspirados, motivados y obligados a hacer algo cuando vean lo que est\u00e1 sucediendo y se enteren de los resultados en algunas de las iglesias. Iglesias El Shaddai (Iglesia El Shaddai), pastoreada por Marivel Reyes, era el lugar perfecto para el entrenamiento. Una iglesia que ha experimentado un crecimiento y ha liderado con el ejemplo al plantar iglesias, es una iglesia que merece ser exhibida. El pastor Marivel y su equipo hicieron un excelente trabajo con la hospitalidad que recibimos de ellos y nos mostraron generosidad m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de todas las expectativas. \u00a1Oramos para que el Se\u00f1or la bendiga a ella y a la iglesia por su incre\u00edble atenci\u00f3n y amor! Reunirse all\u00ed tambi\u00e9n brinda la oportunidad de aumentar la influencia de la Conferencia Latina de Texas y comenzar a ingresar a trav\u00e9s de puertas abiertas para que puedan hacer ministerio y apoyar lo que se ha hecho en otros lugares m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de sus l\u00edmites geogr\u00e1ficos. Los ministros presentes pudieron probar el potencial y considerar las posibilidades que fueron lo suficientemente pr\u00e1cticas como para recuperarlas e implementarlas. Ya est\u00e1n haciendo cambios hacia una mayor cosecha de almas. Adem\u00e1s, estamos aprendiendo que el seguimiento es fundamental despu\u00e9s de este tipo de eventos de capacitaci\u00f3n. Dar los pasos adecuados para seguir avanzando y entrar en acci\u00f3n es la clave. La participaci\u00f3n del obispo Bryant en compartir la visi\u00f3n de \"ARISE 2033\" estableci\u00f3 el camino para toda la reuni\u00f3n y dio una direcci\u00f3n clara sobre hacia d\u00f3nde vamos con la capacitaci\u00f3n y el futuro de la revitalizaci\u00f3n. Su pasi\u00f3n y energ\u00eda nos ayudaron a enfocarnos en el significado real de nuestro llamado y la raz\u00f3n de lo que estamos haciendo. Josh Hannah tambi\u00e9n se conect\u00f3 muy bien con los l\u00edderes hispanos. \u00a1Todo lo que comparti\u00f3, desde su testimonio hasta los desaf\u00edos y la ense\u00f1anza que nos brind\u00f3, encaja perfectamente en la comunidad hispana! Independientemente de las diferencias en cualquier cultura, la aplicaci\u00f3n de principios y sistemas es lo que permite que esta capacitaci\u00f3n tenga sentido y sea aplicable a todos. Crear expectativas<\/span><\/em> y esperanzas<\/em><\/span> en el coraz\u00f3n de los l\u00edderes del ministerio hispano sobre Revitalizaci\u00f3n y multiplicaci\u00f3n de iglesias es tal vez una de las metas m\u00e1s valiosas que logramos con la capacitaci\u00f3n en s\u00ed misma. \u00a1Ahora sabemos, sin lugar a dudas, que podemos tener iglesias m\u00e1s sanas, en crecimiento y multiplicadas! \u00a1Y con Dios, lo haremos! \u00a1Le agradecemos por la oportunidad y posici\u00f3n que EVUSA tiene en esto!
