The 28th<\/sup> General Conference is not just for adults. We recognize that Orlando is a great family destination and provides a great opportunity for families to support what God is doing in and through the IPHC. You may even be making a family vacation of it. Because the IPHC has a heart for the entire family, ministry is being provided for children as well as adults.<\/p>\n

The Children\u2019s Ministry for General Conference will be sponsored by Discipleship Ministries and led by the children\u2019s ministry of The Ark Church in Conroe, TX. The Children\u2019s Ministry Consultant for Discipleship Ministries, Dr. Ellen Moore, is also the children\u2019s pastor at The Ark. The seasoned team from Texas is excited about the opportunity to create a dynamic environment for children, birth through 5th<\/sup> grade. Parents, you\u2019ll want to know that during this week your kids will be loved, cared for, kept safe, and inspired to \u201clive by the Spirit\u201d through times of drama, teaching, worship, video, and a variety of engaging activities. Kids, you\u2019ll want to know that you\u2019re going to play cool games, make new friends, and have a blast.<\/p>\n

The heart behind the Children\u2019s Ministry of the IPHC is to equip children’s ministries leaders to inspire kids to become Christ followers in a partnership with parents. Therefore, all morning and evening sessions of the Children\u2019s Ministry are open to parents, children\u2019s pastors, and leaders. Also, in a further effort to partner with parents, older siblings of kids participating in the General Conference Children\u2019s Ministry are welcome to join in the morning and evening sessions as volunteers.
