The city of Jonesboro, Louisiana, has experienced loss, disappointment, and hardship. Their children feel they do not have any hope for the future. When Rivers of Joy Ministries saw this need, they knew they had to get involved, \u201cto help our young children not only to mature but at least give them an opportunity to succeed in life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Each year, Summer<\/u> Camp provides an environment that focuses on spiritual education, leadership development, and creative and performing arts. \u201cOur goal is to impact them. To empower them, to let them know that they can become whatever they want to become through Christ.\u201d<\/p>\n
