The Bible Continues <\/em>on NBC<em>. <\/em>This 12-week television event begins with the Crucifixion and chronicles the events that followed through the Book of Acts. This tumultuous time in history saw the birth of\u00a0the Church\u00a0which continues to change the world and shape history.<\/p>\n<p>Presiding Bishop Doug Beacham recently previewed the opening episode and commented, \u201cI encourage the IPHC family in the United States to view the new NBC television series, <em>A.D. The Bible Continues<\/em>. Mark Burnett and Roma Downey are being positioned by the Holy Spirit to use modern media to share the liberating message of the Gospel. I recently saw the Easter Sunday night episode and it is excellent in terms of cinematography and biblical story line. I hope IPHC families will take this opportunity to invite unchurched friends and family to view it with you.
