The International Pentecostal Holiness Foundation (IPHF) is seeking a skilled philanthropic leader with a demonstrated passion for the stewardship of God\u2019s gifts and service to God\u2019s people. The Foundation\u2019s next executive director will serve as \u201crelationship-builder in chief\u201d of the IPHF as it seeks to realize a bold new vision and strategic direction in support of the beliefs, values, and ministries of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church. Primary among the objectives for growing the IPHF is the Foundation\u2019s ability to promote contributions to the Foundation through philanthropic gifts and investments by local churches, church members, and others who care about the missions and ministries of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church (IPHC).<\/p>\n
Working in partnership with the board of directors, the executive director will have overall responsibility for guiding IPHF\u2019s operations and growth. He or she will be IPHF\u2019s chief advocate, spokesperson, and representative given the opportunity to execute a philanthropic vision that will sustain and expand the IPHF\u2019s commitment to the charitable needs of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church.<\/p>\n

The executive director must be a person who has made a profession of faith in Christ Jesus and who shares the core values espoused by the International Pentecostal Holiness Church, Inc. Top candidates will be gifted relationship builders and strategists capable of bolstering confidence in the IPHF among the churches, clergy, laity, and leaders of the IPHC. The ideal candidate will have successful and verifiable experience in the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major and deferred gifts. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate a commitment to relationship-building that genuinely respects and honors the interests of donors seeking to achieve their own philanthropic goals.<\/p>\n
The IPHF executive director can work virtually from any part of the United States. Extensive travel is required, including frequent trips to the IPHC\u2019s headquarters in Oklahoma City and to various conferences and other denominational meetings.<\/p>\n
