It is not designed to take the place of regular monthly support of those serving on the mission field, but rather to complement it.<\/p>\n Second, the GO offering is innovative<\/u>. An annual offering, given by IPHC members and churches around the world is a unique collection that the denomination has been receiving since 1965. Each giver is encouraged to give a day\u2019s wage for Global Outreach. In many parts of the world that consists of less than two dollars a day. In America, the average daily wage is $124 per day. Many can give more; others may have to give less.<\/p>\n Third, the GO offering is sacred<\/u>. As with all giving to the Lord\u2019s work, there must be a sacred trust between the giver and the recipient. The leadership of the IPHC World Missions Ministries is committed to dispensing the funds in the most responsible manner to expand the Lord\u2019s kingdom.<\/p>\n Fourth, the GO offering is successful<\/u>. Last year, in 2016, the offering totaled $1,505,666.31. Only eternity will reveal all that has been accomplished through the faithful giving to this annual cause.<\/p>\n Fifth, the GO offering is inspiring<\/u>. Find faithful pastors who have promoted this offering and hear their sentiments about how this offering united and blessed their own congregations.<\/p>\n Sixth, the GO offering is an opportunity<\/u>. This initiative provides a way for churches and individuals to join with others of like precious faith to accomplish things they never could alone. 25% of the total GO offering goes to Evangelism USA<\/a> to plant and develop churches in America. 75% of the offering helps to fund 39 Bible Schools, Antioch Grants, ministry projects led by missionaries and national workers, churches, outreaches, developing new works, and promotion. Seldom can one find a single offering flowing to so many worthy recipients. 100% of the offering makes a difference!<\/p>\n Seventh, the GO offering is necessary<\/u>. Frankly speaking, there would be no IPHC World Missions Ministries supporting over 180 missionaries in over 100 nations without this offering. The GO offering is the life-blood of the missions activity of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church.<\/p>\n Eighth, the GO offering is ultimately not about money, it is about souls<\/u>.
