Many of today\u2019s conversations focus on our changing times. No doubt there is much to discuss and many challenges to face. I am so glad that for us, as Christian believers, there are still absolutes. I continue to rejoice that our faith is grounded in God\u2019s word and our salvation in Jesus, the Father\u2019s greatest gift to mankind. That is one thing that will never change. It is settled and set in the true Rock.<\/p>\n

As we navigate through life in these changing times, let’s ask ourselves: Why do so many unbelievers exist in a global community of vast communication, media, and travel? One could argue that there is a lack of missionaries on the fields of those unreached, and that is true. Though there are numerous reports of souls saved daily, for which we thank God, multitudes remain lost without hope, swept away in the current of cultural influence.<\/p>\n

Like any topic or issue, there are many perspectives and practical solutions that surface in regards to this question. By no means do I think the answer to reaching the lost is a simple one.
\nHowever, one solution stands out, and I believe it is one that can be put into immediate action. As members of God\u2019s family with purpose and responsibility, a good place to start is through
\nFaith Commitment. This is a way to be obedient to God\u2019s command to go into all the world.<\/p>\n

Faith Commitment is based on communication between God and His children. As missionaries hear God\u2019s voice to GO, God\u2019s children must listen to the Father\u2019s voice to SEND. Could there be
\na listening issue in the body of Christ? Sometimes, I, too, allow things to hinder \u201chaving ears to hear\u201d the Lord\u2019s voice. Faith Commitments are made by simply trusting God to provide, being
\ndisciplined to obey, and giving as directed by the Holy Spirit. This is not like making a pledge to men or women, but trusting the voice of God, making a commitment to Him, and believing
\nfor the provision.<\/p>\n

Before one can GO, there must be those who will SEND. Let\u2019s join our efforts and resources this coming Faith Commitment Sunday, March 4th, committing to spread the gospel to the four
\ncorners of the earth. Together, we can reach our changing world where the lost and unreached live.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s be a people of promise and hope, who heed the voice of God.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

Director de Cuidado Misionero<\/strong><\/p>\r\nMuchas de las conversaciones de hoy se enfocan en nuestros tiempos cambiantes. Sin duda hay mucho que discutir y muchos desaf\u00edos que enfrentar. Estoy tan contento de que para nosotros, como creyentes cristianos, todav\u00eda hay absolutos. Contin\u00fao regocij\u00e1ndome de que nuestra fe se basa en la palabra de Dios y nuestra salvaci\u00f3n en Jes\u00fas, el regalo m\u00e1s grande del Padre para la humanidad. Esa es una cosa que nunca cambiar\u00e1. Est\u00e1 establecido y establecido en la verdadera Roca. Mientras navegamos por la vida en estos tiempos cambiantes, pregunt\u00e9monos: \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 existen tantos incr\u00e9dulos en una comunidad global de vastas comunicaciones, medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y viajes? Se podr\u00eda argumentar que hay una falta de misioneros en el campo de los no alcanzados, y eso es cierto. Aunque hay numerosos informes de almas salvadas diariamente, por lo que agradecemos a Dios, las multitudes permanecen perdidas sin esperanza, barridas en la corriente de la influencia cultural. Al igual que cualquier tema o cuesti\u00f3n, hay muchas perspectivas y soluciones pr\u00e1cticas que surgen en relaci\u00f3n con esta pregunta. De ninguna manera creo que la respuesta para alcanzar al perdido sea simple. Sin embargo, una soluci\u00f3n se destaca, y creo que es una que se puede poner en acci\u00f3n inmediata. Como miembros de la familia de Dios con prop\u00f3sito y responsabilidad, un buen lugar para comenzar es a trav\u00e9s del Compromiso de fe. Esta es una forma de ser obediente al mandato de Dios de ir a todo el mundo. El compromiso de fe se basa en la comunicaci\u00f3n entre Dios y sus hijos. A medida que los misioneros oyen la voz de Dios para IR, los hijos de Dios deben escuchar la voz del Padre para ENVIAR. \u00bfPodr\u00eda haber un problema de escucha en el cuerpo de Cristo? A veces, yo tambi\u00e9n, dejo que las cosas obstaculicen \"tener o\u00eddos para escuchar\" la voz del Se\u00f1or. Los compromisos de fe se hacen simplemente confiando en que Dios proveer\u00e1, ser\u00e1 disciplinado para obedecer y dar\u00e1 seg\u00fan las instrucciones del Esp\u00edritu Santo. Esto no es como hacer una promesa a hombres o mujeres, sino confiar en la voz de Dios, hacer un compromiso con \u00c9l y creer en la provisi\u00f3n. Antes de que uno pueda IR, debe haber quienes lo ENVIAR\u00c1N. Un\u00e1monos a nuestros esfuerzos y recursos en este pr\u00f3ximo Compromiso de Fe el domingo, 4 de marzo, comprometi\u00e9ndonos a difundir el evangelio a los cuatro \u00e1ngulos de la tierra. Juntos, podemos alcanzar nuestro mundo cambiante donde viven los perdidos y los no alcanzados.
