IT IS ONLY HALFTIME<\/strong><\/h2>\n

It is time to check the scoreboard. How much have you and your church given for the Global Outreach Offering this year? This annual collection truly reaches around the world, helping to provide resources for IPHC missionaries and national leaders serving in many countries. Churches are built, land is purchased, Bible schools are enhanced, training conferences are held, projects are completed; the list goes on and on. Many IPHC churches have been raising their funds for this offering since the beginning of the year. What does a glance at the scoreboard now reveal?<\/p>\n

If you are not satisfied with what the numbers show next to your name, take heart. IT IS ONLY HALFTIME. The game is not over. There is time for more work to be done! You have until the end of the year (December 31) to contribute to the 2019 GO Offering. If you have not yet given toward this important cause, there is still time to post a great score in the second half.<\/p>\n

It is time for conference bishops to exhort their conference mission directors; it is time for those conference mission directors to encourage the pastors; and it is time for the pastors to rally their people to give. More than a \u2018pep talk\u2019 is needed. Our people need to be hearing stirring speeches from the pulpit about the urgency of the Great Commission. If you have not yet given your GO Offering, that zero next to your name can be replaced in the second half. And, if you have given, there is still time to add to your total.
