The Lamb is worthy of worship from every tribe, tongue, nation, and people. Thank you for making it possible to reach children in Southern Africa. Children\u2019s ministry work is developing in the nations, and God is ushering in creative ways to reach children from different tribes. He is redirecting their lives and worship by His grace through faith.<\/p>\n

God opened an incredible door to reach more tribes in Malawi through the ministry opportunity at the Cure International Orthopedic Children's hospital in Blantyre. Kids come from all over Malawi to receive corrective surgery. These kids are now called in weekly in groups of 40, and they stay connected with the hospital for follow-up. Being a Christian Hospital, the focus is to impact the kids spiritually. Since 2003, after an accident, I ended up in this hospital and began ministry work the second day with the kids until I recovered six months later.<\/p>\n

The director in the hospital asked me to continue ministry work there, engaging a ministry team to extend outreach and ministry work with the kids. Now, 18 years later, the new spiritual director asked if we would partner with the hospital and manage a comprehensive child evangelism program. This includes training the caregivers, parents, and the staff of the hospital, equipping them as child evangelists and aligning them for harvest. The word the Lord gave me three months ago: \u201calign for harvest,\u201d is all very clear now!<\/p>\n

We need help to embrace this opportunity fully with enough resources and to get the Bibles to the furthest villages in Malawi. The request was made to present a Chichewa Children\u2019s Bible to each child to take back to their home village. Forty Bibles are needed on a weekly basis. Each Bible costs ten dollars. Please consider adopting a Bible drive with the youth or group to support this project. Please also consider helping with the supply of training materials now needed to train every guardian\/parent accompanying the children to the hospital and caring for the child. The goal is to fully train them to return to the village to lead other children to Christ, counsel them for salvation, teach them God\u2019s Word, and mobilize them to prayer and missions. This may empower the trained workers to teach biblical studies in the village school. A set of four Chichewa textbooks is ten dollars, and it includes evangelism tools to teach and reach kids in the village and schools. Congratulations to the Children\u2019s Ministry National Leaders of Malawi who obtained their diploma in Children\u2019s Ministry by attending the Children\u2019s Ministry Institute in Zambia. Thank you to the sponsoring family who invested this seed in these leaders. Robert (on the left) is working in the Cure Child Evangelism Program, and Chimwemwe (on the right) is also serving as a representative of Children\u2019s Ministry Directors of Southern Malawi in the newly formed National Committee.<\/p>\n

Thank God with us for a historical meeting in September where the directors of Children\u2019s Ministries and NGO\/Mission organizations met together in Lilongwe, Malawi, and formed a National Committee to coordinate Children\u2019s Ministries in Malawi. What a breakthrough! The goal is to take hands and meet the needs of the children in Malawi and develop systems to engage resources to equip and empower children to reach their full potential in Christ. Pray with us for wisdom and direction from God to accomplish the goals He has for the children in Malawi! Pray for this corporate team to radically impact the nation through the children.<\/p>\n

This coming November, December, and January, my time will be spent in Mauritius to impact leaders and children to encourage, develop, and mobilize in post Covid ministry work. We need to regroup and reset to align for the harvest!<\/p>\n

Pray that my travel documents will line up to travel through the Southern Africa countries in 2022 and for my USA VISA to be issued for furlough. I plan on arriving in Oklahoma at the beginning of July 2022. I am looking forward to seeing you at the General Conference in Florida at the end of July. I am planning to be in North Carolina from August 1 to the end of December 2022.<\/p>\n

\u00a1Diciembre es una \u00e9poca de celebraci\u00f3n de por qu\u00e9 naci\u00f3 Cristo! Les deseo a ustedes y a sus familias una temporada bendecida de celebraciones. Que su unidad en la fe aumente y se fortalezca al expresar nuestro agradecimiento por la vida de Cristo, demostrando el amor de Dios por nosotros. Naci\u00f3 el salvador del mundo, y mientras se cuenta esta historia, recemos juntos para que, en esta temporada, muchos m\u00e1s lleguen a la salvaci\u00f3n. <\/p>

En el Hospital Ortop\u00e9dico Infantil Cure en Blantyre-Malawi, los ni\u00f1os escucharon una lecci\u00f3n sobre el tema, "Cristo naci\u00f3 para salvarme" de Mateo 1: 18-24. Antes de dejar a los ni\u00f1os, cada uno recibi\u00f3 una Biblia para ni\u00f1os en su propio idioma, el chichewa. Oren mientras estos ni\u00f1os llevan las buenas noticias a su pueblo. Diciembre es un buen mes para unir a los j\u00f3venes. El reverendo Joe Delport, director regional para \u00c1frica del Sur, plane\u00f3 con el equipo de The Awakening hacer exactamente eso. Al principio podemos ver solo una peque\u00f1a nube del tama\u00f1o de un pu\u00f1o, pero realmente, deber\u00edamos ver una inundaci\u00f3n como Elijah que se desatar\u00e1. \u00a1Dios est\u00e1 listo para construir a su pueblo como una virgen de Israel para dar a luz a lo que le dar\u00e1 gloria a Dios! Alegr\u00e9monos mientras Dios trabaja en su pueblo para la preparaci\u00f3n de esta temporada espiritual para inundar la tierra con su gloria. <\/p>

Los l\u00edderes de cada naci\u00f3n para el IPHC son claves fundamentales que ayudan a las iglesias a desarrollar ministerios efectivos para los ni\u00f1os con programas para involucrar a los ni\u00f1os en actividades de divulgaci\u00f3n, misiones y oraciones por grupos de personas no alcanzadas. El reverendo Joe Delport est\u00e1 ayudando a llevar estos folletos a los l\u00edderes para que adopten los ministerios de desarrollo de estrategias y fruct\u00edferos para los ni\u00f1os. Pasar\u00e9 esta Navidad en Malawi, \u00c1frica Central, donde estoy radicado por ahora. Luego me preparar\u00e9 para mi vuelo de Malawi a Mauricio. Pasar\u00e9 tiempo en Mauricio durante parte de enero y febrero de 2020 para trabajar con estudiantes que fueron capacitados durante septiembre de 2019. Luego, en la ciudad capital, un grupo de iglesias reci\u00e9n establecido quiere estar equipado para llegar a los ni\u00f1os de la comunidad. Este ser\u00e1 el momento adecuado para comenzar a escribir la doctrina b\u00edblica de los ni\u00f1os, y ver c\u00f3mo los ni\u00f1os responden a la lectura y el uso del recurso para construir verdades b\u00edblicas fuertes y desarrollar un sistema de creencias que los proteja contra la falsa doctrina. <\/p>

Que este a\u00f1o sea una gran temporada de cosecha. Que Dios nos use como un equipo de la Gran Comisi\u00f3n para alcanzar sus metas. Mantengo mi coraz\u00f3n centrado en Su voluntad (Mateo 18:14), porque no es la voluntad de nuestro padre celestial que ninguno de estos peque\u00f1os se pierda. <\/p>

\u2022 Agradezca a Dios por los j\u00f3venes del sur de \u00c1frica que asistieron a la conferencia The Awakening para surgir y guiar apasionadamente a sus grupos a desarrollar iglesias relevantes en sus comunidades, llegando a j\u00f3venes y ni\u00f1os mientras crecen como l\u00edderes estrat\u00e9gicos. <\/p>

\u2022 Ore por el trabajo en Mauricio, y que Dios abra las mentes y los corazones para llegar a los ni\u00f1os de la comunidad en Port Lois, la capital. <\/p>

\u2022 Ore para que los plantadores de iglesias se levanten y planten m\u00e1s iglesias en Mauricio. <\/p>

\u2022 Ore por los l\u00edderes nacionales, quienes compartir\u00e1n informaci\u00f3n que har\u00e1 crecer l\u00edderes apasionados del ministerio en iglesias y crecer\u00e1n las iglesias con un enfoque en las misiones. <\/p>
