Missions Greetings!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Thank you for your faithful prayers and faith commitment to support me on the field and this ministry work. Because of you, I can preach and teach the gospel of Jesus Christ and disciple others who, in turn, disciple others. I am looking forward to being on furlough from July through December 2022. In July, I will be in Oklahoma, and at the end of July, I will be attending the General Conference. I hope to greet you there.<\/p>\n

I am looking forward to visiting churches in the Oklahoma area from July 3 to July 24. Then, I will visit churches in North Carolina from August through December. Please send me an email to book a date to speak on mission testimonies and strategies for forging ahead.<\/p>\n

The year is set with a goal to develop more resources for parents, in their own language, to teach kids at home during family Bible study and prayer time. Most parents made this need known during Covid. As for the church, we need increased maturity and resilient disciples who are confident to disciple others. Therefore, we are preparing to stand strong, growing God's armies for the post-Covid era, and we are marching on to complete the Great Commission. This strategic work and the provision of the work need prayer!<\/p>\n

PRAYER REQUESTS:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

The translation work in Chichewa\/French is nearly finished for the booklet, \"Children and the Holy Spirit.\" Now, we need to gather financial quotes from printers to determine where we will be printing the booklets. Pray that the Lord will open doors at the right printer. We have now started translating the GROUP BIBLE STUDY for parents, \"PARENTING WITH A GLOBAL VISION.\" This Bible study is being translated into French by ministry workers in Mauritius and in Chichewa for Malawi. Pray for translators to use accurate words and have the direction of the Holy Spirit to bring through the principles communicated in the books.<\/p>\n

\"Books<\/a><\/p>\n

The translation work of lessons on the Old and New Testaments is finally finished in Chichewa. We will use these lessons nationwide in homes, churches, schools, institutions, and they will even be the resource sent home with the kids at CURE HOSPITAL for the guardians to continue to teach the kids God's Word. Pray as the kids learn all the Bible stories, develop a great understanding of who God is, and learn the biblical principles to apply them in their life.<\/p>\n

Last year, the Sunday School Association in Malawi initiated a meeting with all denominational National Children's Ministry leaders, Mission Groups, NGOs, and Orphanages. The goal is to merge as a force to address the work with children in Malawi together. In February, another meeting took place with the directors of Sunday Schools. Next, each of the heads of the denominations will meet to become a part of the organization for CHRISTIAN CHILDREN DEVELOPMENT IN MALAWI.<\/p>\n

We have now drafted a profile of the organization, and we will send it out to all of the leaders to adopt and implement soon. Pray, as this vision comes together, that we will become a force that arises to pull resources together and stand up against all evil. Pray that we will stand in the way of anything that may hinder kids from knowing God and reaching their full potential.<\/p>\n

\"Child<\/a><\/p>\n

Frontier Missions developed an online course on how to facilitate the DISCOVERY BIBLE STUDY. This course is helping families worldwide to study God's Word and grow in maturity in knowing God. Pray as these groups multiply in communities to raise disciples who can disciples others.<\/p>\n

This is my second year being a part of this movement and learning to be a moderator of the course and a facilitator on the ZOOM GROUP CLASS. Through this role, I am encouraging families to include children to facilitate this study as well.<\/p>\n

Pray for the child evangelism program at the CURE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL. Pray that every child will respond to the gospel. Thank God for this program, the greatest platform to reach and teach kids, with their guardians, to go and impact their villages. Thank God for the resources we can distribute, including a Chichewa Bible for every child with a kid's gospel tract in Chichewa, which includes requests for devotional booklets to use at home. Please help us to keep up the challenge of providing 40 Bibles a week at $10.00.<\/p>\n

The following WMM accounts make this work possible: Child Evangelism Africa #10004P and Bibles #11643P. Thank you for giving to these projects monthly, and please remain in prayer as God uses the resources to bring His people to an understanding of His gospel. This month, 1,000 wordless books and Bible markers were produced, and we are ready to train students to use these tools to share the transforming message of the gospel.<\/p>\n

Thank God with me that my grandchild count is now set; two boys for Gaby and two girls for Carl. Four grandchildren to raise, knowing they are sons of Father Abraham!<\/p>\n

\u00a1Diciembre es una \u00e9poca de celebraci\u00f3n de por qu\u00e9 naci\u00f3 Cristo! Les deseo a ustedes y a sus familias una temporada bendecida de celebraciones. Que su unidad en la fe aumente y se fortalezca al expresar nuestro agradecimiento por la vida de Cristo, demostrando el amor de Dios por nosotros. Naci\u00f3 el salvador del mundo, y mientras se cuenta esta historia, recemos juntos para que, en esta temporada, muchos m\u00e1s lleguen a la salvaci\u00f3n. <\/p>

En el Hospital Ortop\u00e9dico Infantil Cure en Blantyre-Malawi, los ni\u00f1os escucharon una lecci\u00f3n sobre el tema, "Cristo naci\u00f3 para salvarme" de Mateo 1: 18-24. Antes de dejar a los ni\u00f1os, cada uno recibi\u00f3 una Biblia para ni\u00f1os en su propio idioma, el chichewa. Oren mientras estos ni\u00f1os llevan las buenas noticias a su pueblo. Diciembre es un buen mes para unir a los j\u00f3venes. El reverendo Joe Delport, director regional para \u00c1frica del Sur, plane\u00f3 con el equipo de The Awakening hacer exactamente eso. Al principio podemos ver solo una peque\u00f1a nube del tama\u00f1o de un pu\u00f1o, pero realmente, deber\u00edamos ver una inundaci\u00f3n como Elijah que se desatar\u00e1. \u00a1Dios est\u00e1 listo para construir a su pueblo como una virgen de Israel para dar a luz a lo que le dar\u00e1 gloria a Dios! Alegr\u00e9monos mientras Dios trabaja en su pueblo para la preparaci\u00f3n de esta temporada espiritual para inundar la tierra con su gloria. <\/p>

Los l\u00edderes de cada naci\u00f3n para el IPHC son claves fundamentales que ayudan a las iglesias a desarrollar ministerios efectivos para los ni\u00f1os con programas para involucrar a los ni\u00f1os en actividades de divulgaci\u00f3n, misiones y oraciones por grupos de personas no alcanzadas. El reverendo Joe Delport est\u00e1 ayudando a llevar estos folletos a los l\u00edderes para que adopten los ministerios de desarrollo de estrategias y fruct\u00edferos para los ni\u00f1os. Pasar\u00e9 esta Navidad en Malawi, \u00c1frica Central, donde estoy radicado por ahora. Luego me preparar\u00e9 para mi vuelo de Malawi a Mauricio. Pasar\u00e9 tiempo en Mauricio durante parte de enero y febrero de 2020 para trabajar con estudiantes que fueron capacitados durante septiembre de 2019. Luego, en la ciudad capital, un grupo de iglesias reci\u00e9n establecido quiere estar equipado para llegar a los ni\u00f1os de la comunidad. Este ser\u00e1 el momento adecuado para comenzar a escribir la doctrina b\u00edblica de los ni\u00f1os, y ver c\u00f3mo los ni\u00f1os responden a la lectura y el uso del recurso para construir verdades b\u00edblicas fuertes y desarrollar un sistema de creencias que los proteja contra la falsa doctrina. <\/p>

Que este a\u00f1o sea una gran temporada de cosecha. Que Dios nos use como un equipo de la Gran Comisi\u00f3n para alcanzar sus metas. Mantengo mi coraz\u00f3n centrado en Su voluntad (Mateo 18:14), porque no es la voluntad de nuestro padre celestial que ninguno de estos peque\u00f1os se pierda. <\/p>

\u2022 Agradezca a Dios por los j\u00f3venes del sur de \u00c1frica que asistieron a la conferencia The Awakening para surgir y guiar apasionadamente a sus grupos a desarrollar iglesias relevantes en sus comunidades, llegando a j\u00f3venes y ni\u00f1os mientras crecen como l\u00edderes estrat\u00e9gicos. <\/p>

\u2022 Ore por el trabajo en Mauricio, y que Dios abra las mentes y los corazones para llegar a los ni\u00f1os de la comunidad en Port Lois, la capital. <\/p>

\u2022 Ore para que los plantadores de iglesias se levanten y planten m\u00e1s iglesias en Mauricio. <\/p>

\u2022 Ore por los l\u00edderes nacionales, quienes compartir\u00e1n informaci\u00f3n que har\u00e1 crecer l\u00edderes apasionados del ministerio en iglesias y crecer\u00e1n las iglesias con un enfoque en las misiones. <\/p>
