Warm Missions Greetings!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Thank you for the warm welcomes, love, care, and hearts for missions I found wherever I traveled this furlough. Thank you for your continued, and new, support to help me get back to the field on Dec. 28, 2022. The planned date to see you again is in January 2026, God willing.<\/p>\n

\"Women<\/a>Your faithfulness from your hearts to serve the Lord and to show His love touches my heart and is a great encouragement to me that builds me up, giving me great excitement to belong to the IPHC mission family. As part of this team, partnering with God to take the Gospel to the world is the most fulfilling experience. My time during furlough of connecting with you all has been revitalizing. Your interest and enthusiasm to welcome me into your congregations have touched my heart. To see your responses and experience fellowship with you is so warm and stirs an intense focus to carry out our common goal, the Great Commission. My heart is fervently focused to serve well and finish well for His glory. May His power and grace keep me in Him. Thank you for your diligent prayers.<\/p>\n

During furlough, I was able to attend a Children\u2019s Ministry Conference. A sweet connection time was possible with other Children\u2019s Ministry leaders. Can you identify them? It was a time to refresh and build up resource information.<\/p>\n

While I am on furlough, I remain blessed to hear from the field that the work is developing and growing in Malawi, Central Africa. Twenty-two years ago, we presented the first Annual Children\u2019s Workers Training at the Guthrie Bible Training Centre. The trained teaching team continues to do so well in managing independently. They are keeping their focus now in Malawi to train as many children\u2019s workers as possible so that we may win all kids for Christ. Here is the poster for this coming training notice. \"Annaul<\/a>Please keep the teachers and students in your prayers as they prepare to effectively reach and teach kids in Malawi. The team also assists the students to train in their conferences with the goal of finding more students who have a passion for children and who will make a commitment to be trained more effectively in order to train others.<\/p>\n

Trained children\u2019s workers all help distribute Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes in many areas. As distribution takes place, our workers use the opportunity to teach the kids by sharing the Gospel. Our team follows up with the kids and engages them in clubs or Sunday schools.<\/p>\n

\"Althea<\/a>At Cure Children\u2019s Orthopedic Hospital in Blantyre, Malawi, we have set a goal to provide 100 Bibles per week for new incoming patients. This way, they can begin their spiritual life change as they hear and respond to the gospel with a devotional Bible in their own language - Chichewa. We have the opportunity to disciple each patient so that they may become fully equipped for His work at their level when going home. I just cannot even imagine how the Lord will work with these children as they come to know Him and are empowered by Him to bring the Good News and salvation to the lost wherever they go. In January 2023 the students in Mauritius, an Island in the Indian Ocean, will take their next training classes to teach children spiritual growth subjects. I am planning to be there and will team teach with Child Evangelism Fellowship. The 20 students started their training in 2019 and have been preparing for outreaches during the school break\/Christmas season that will target the kids in the streets, parks, and on the beaches. In January, the other islands, Rodrigues and Madagascar, will be introduced to the potential training students on these islands can experience. Pray with our team as we plan the journey and work with leaders in these different areas to reach the goals to effectively evangelize. Stand with us to call out for the salvations on these islands in the Indian Ocean: Seychelles, Comoros, Madagascar, Reunion, Mauritius, and Rodrigues.<\/p>\n

Zoom & WhatsApp platforms are providing an excellent way to train in the following courses developed by YWAM, Frontier Missions, and SOMA (School of Missions Advocacy). I am posting the next training session\u2019s link on my Facebook page, so be on the lookout and join in if you can. The training will help believers take their role in the Great Commission and you will learn how to mobilize believers for missions, a task for us all. It equips believers to get the Gospel out, and disciple the saved to disciple others. This is the discipleship-making movement developing the multiplication process to reach the ends of the earth. To develop ministry workers and leaders, this equipping is a great need.<\/p>\n

Each student who participates in the training receives a Bible and a visual bag filled with their teaching needs to train 20 or more students\/children to share the Gospel. \u00a1Diciembre es una \u00e9poca de celebraci\u00f3n de por qu\u00e9 naci\u00f3 Cristo! Les deseo a ustedes y a sus familias una temporada bendecida de celebraciones. Que su unidad en la fe aumente y se fortalezca al expresar nuestro agradecimiento por la vida de Cristo, demostrando el amor de Dios por nosotros. Naci\u00f3 el salvador del mundo, y mientras se cuenta esta historia, recemos juntos para que, en esta temporada, muchos m\u00e1s lleguen a la salvaci\u00f3n. <\/p>

En el Hospital Ortop\u00e9dico Infantil Cure en Blantyre-Malawi, los ni\u00f1os escucharon una lecci\u00f3n sobre el tema, "Cristo naci\u00f3 para salvarme" de Mateo 1: 18-24. Antes de dejar a los ni\u00f1os, cada uno recibi\u00f3 una Biblia para ni\u00f1os en su propio idioma, el chichewa. Oren mientras estos ni\u00f1os llevan las buenas noticias a su pueblo. Ore para que los lectores de la Biblia den un paso al frente y lean las historias de la Biblia a la aldea. Diciembre es un buen mes para unir a los j\u00f3venes. El reverendo Joe Delport, director regional para \u00c1frica del Sur, plane\u00f3 con el equipo de The Awakening hacer exactamente eso. De ocho naciones, los j\u00f3venes se reunieron en Zambia con los l\u00edderes nacionales de sus pa\u00edses. Dios quiere hacer algo a trav\u00e9s de sus vasos. Necesitamos restaurar el altar y entregarnos como una bebida, devolviendo todos nuestros corazones a \u00c9l. Un gran avance es la promesa. Al principio podemos ver solo una peque\u00f1a nube del tama\u00f1o de un pu\u00f1o, pero realmente, deber\u00edamos ver una inundaci\u00f3n como Elijah que se desatar\u00e1. \u00a1Dios est\u00e1 listo para construir a su pueblo como una virgen de Israel para dar a luz a lo que le dar\u00e1 gloria a Dios! Alegr\u00e9monos mientras Dios trabaja en su pueblo para la preparaci\u00f3n de esta temporada espiritual para inundar la tierra con su gloria. <\/p>

Los l\u00edderes de cada naci\u00f3n para el IPHC son claves fundamentales que ayudan a las iglesias a desarrollar ministerios efectivos para los ni\u00f1os con programas para involucrar a los ni\u00f1os en actividades de divulgaci\u00f3n, misiones y oraciones por grupos de personas no alcanzadas. El reverendo Joe Delport est\u00e1 ayudando a llevar estos folletos a los l\u00edderes para que adopten los ministerios de desarrollo de estrategias y fruct\u00edferos para los ni\u00f1os. Ore, ya que el enfoque de los l\u00edderes el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o estar\u00e1 en que cada naci\u00f3n desarrolle un plan de desarrollo del ministerio de ni\u00f1os. Pasar\u00e9 esta Navidad en Malawi, \u00c1frica Central, donde estoy radicado por ahora. Luego me preparar\u00e9 para mi vuelo de Malawi a Mauricio. Pasar\u00e9 tiempo en Mauricio durante parte de enero y febrero de 2020 para trabajar con estudiantes que fueron capacitados durante septiembre de 2019. Luego, en la ciudad capital, un grupo de iglesias reci\u00e9n establecido quiere estar equipado para llegar a los ni\u00f1os de la comunidad. Este ser\u00e1 el momento adecuado para comenzar a escribir la doctrina b\u00edblica de los ni\u00f1os, y ver c\u00f3mo los ni\u00f1os responden a la lectura y el uso del recurso para construir verdades b\u00edblicas fuertes y desarrollar un sistema de creencias que los proteja contra la falsa doctrina. <\/p>

Que este a\u00f1o sea una gran temporada de cosecha. Que Dios nos use como un equipo de la Gran Comisi\u00f3n para alcanzar sus metas. Mantengo mi coraz\u00f3n centrado en Su voluntad (Mateo 18:14), porque no es la voluntad de nuestro padre celestial que ninguno de estos peque\u00f1os se pierda. <\/p>

\u2022 Agradezca a Dios por los j\u00f3venes del sur de \u00c1frica que asistieron a la conferencia The Awakening para surgir y guiar apasionadamente a sus grupos a desarrollar iglesias relevantes en sus comunidades, llegando a j\u00f3venes y ni\u00f1os mientras crecen como l\u00edderes estrat\u00e9gicos. <\/p>

\u2022 Ore por el trabajo en Mauricio, y que Dios abra las mentes y los corazones para llegar a los ni\u00f1os de la comunidad en Port Lois, la capital. <\/p>

\u2022 Ore para que los plantadores de iglesias se levanten y planten m\u00e1s iglesias en Mauricio. <\/p>

\u2022 Ore por los l\u00edderes nacionales, quienes compartir\u00e1n informaci\u00f3n que har\u00e1 crecer l\u00edderes apasionados del ministerio en iglesias y crecer\u00e1n las iglesias con un enfoque en las misiones. <\/p>
