End of the Year outreach in Amsterdam's Red-Light District<\/h2>\n

\"Feliz Navidad, Prospero A\u00f1o y Felicidad!\u201d<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The room reverberated with the voices of thirty women singing Christmas songs during our yearly Christmas dinner for the women who work in Amsterdam\u2019s Red-Light District. The food was great, and God\u2019s presence showed up in a very tangible way. One woman who had major back pain was healed completely after we prayed for her. The tears began to stream down her face with thankfulness to God for her healing. Another woman shared how she was also healed of chronic shoulder pain when we prayed for her at her workplace.<\/p>\n

During the Christmas message about the calling of Mary and the birth of Jesus, everyone was challenged to forgive those who had hurt them. As we took a moment to pray, tears were flowing across the room. One woman shared that she had finally decided to forgive the person who had abused her child. \u201cFor years, I have been bitter and angry against that man, but today, I forgive him and give him to God,\u201d she told us.<\/p>\n

Between strip clubs, brothels, and Amsterdam\u2019s Red-Light District, 500 people received a special Christmas package from us. In that package was a to-go coffee cup with our telephone number on it. We never know the real situation people may be facing, and we want them to be able to find help when they want and need it. The end of the year is always a wonderful opportunity to be able to share God\u2019s love with everyone, especially those who work in prostitution.<\/p>\n

As we counted down the last seconds of 2024, we went to the house of a woman Femke has spent a lot of time with, helping her to find a way of out prostitution. This can be complicated as individuals may have to struggle with years of substance abuse, debts, and traumas which can seem like a huge mountain. Yet, Jesus said that if we have faith the size of a mustard seed, then we can speak to any mountain and cast it into the sea. We started the new year, praying with this dear woman and letting her know how much we love and care for her. What an honor and privilege to serve those working in prostitution with the love and power of God. Thank you for praying and supporting us in reaching these people who are so special in God\u2019s heart.<\/p>\n

In 2024, we trained over 4,000 people in our Bible School, RUAH School of Prophecy, with students from over 21 nations across the globe. For those in the Oklahoma area, Matthew will be doing a live School of Prophecy (Level 1) in Tulsa. If you can make it, he would love to see you.<\/p>\n

We have also been excited to see our churches in Amsterdam and Netwerk (New Life Netwerk \u2013 IPHC) continue to grow in number and fruit. Again, thank you for your prayers and financial support. May you have a wonderful 2025.<\/p>\n
