The 2009 General Conference established the position of IPHC Chief Financial Officer. That position was filled in 2010 when Mrs. Brenda Phillips accepted the offer. Mrs. Phillips has served in this capacity since 2010 and will be retiring at the close of the 2026 IPHC General Conference.
The 2022-2026 IPHC Manual gives the duties of the CFO on pages 122, 123. The CFO must be a Certified Public Accountant, a committed Christian with unimpeachable integrity, and able to work with duly elected General Church officials, the IPHC Council of Bishops, and personnel at the Global Ministry Center. The CFO is expected to live in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, area.
