FINE ARTS
IPHC Student ministries is excited to host the National Fine Arts Festival on the campus of Emmanuel University this July! Hosted in three different venues, with mentors from all over the United States, this National Festival is a great way to inspire, equip, and support the vision and giftings of this generation of Producers. The Fine Arts Festival will be from 11-6 pm on Friday, July 24th and on Saturday July 25th; students will have the option to watch their peers in ministry, or engage in other fun events on campus. When it comes to venues, we plan to utilize the Stanley Chapel at the Swails Center, Taylor Chapel, and the Franklin Springs Pentecostal Holiness Church sanctuary. All three venues will operate simultaneously, so come with a plan in place and wear comfortable shoes to get your steps in! We will have YQ crew positioned around campus and lots of signage to point you in the right direction. Also, we are excited to offer BibleQuest on Thursday afternoon, July 23rd, from 2-6 pm for students who enjoy quizzing and learning the scriptures. For more info on Fine Arts or BibleQuest and how you can get involved, contact Heather Hall, or your conference Discipleship Ministries Director.
HOUSING
Staying on-campus at Emmanuel University for YouthQuest 2026 promises to be one of the highlights of our event this summer. Students will enjoy the first-hand experience of college dorm life with other teens and youth groups from all over the country. Here are the details for housing at YQ;
- Early-bird registration for YouthQuest will include lodging on campus.
- Priority for on-campus lodging will given to student attendees.
- Housing assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis using registration submission dates.
- After the registration deadline, Student Pastors and Group Leaders will receive a housing assignment based on their registration. Student Pastors/Group Leaders will be responsible for assigning their students and approved chaperones to individual rooms.
- We’re asking Youth Groups to send one adult chaperone who will lodge on-campus for every 5 student-participants, both males and females.
**All adults lodging on-campus will be required to evidence an approved background check. Student Pastors and Group Leaders will be REQUIRED to sign an affidavit affirming the approved status of each of their adult chaperones/leaders.** -
Hotels are available nearby in Lavonia, Hartwell, and Commerce for adult leaders who wish to attend YouthQuest but will not be lodging on-campus.

ATHLETICS
YQ will feature organized sports activities and training in an athletic-leadership track. We’re inviting Middle School and High School students to practice and play sports with collegiate athletes while they learn Christ-like leadership on and off the field. There will be early-morning workouts that focus on drills, techniques, and conditioning followed later by leadership workshops with coaches and athletic personnel. The athletic leadership track is open to both males and females who play basketball, volleyball, soccer, and baseball/softball. Students will be required to complete waivers and bring their own athletic equipment. There is no extra charge for these opportunities; students need only to register via the YQ registration link. If you have students who love sports and dream of being a collegiate athlete, then encourage them to grab their gear and join us this summer at EU.
Prepare to be inspired! The YQ MasterClass is a wonderful opportunity for students to engage with seasoned experts in various fields of ministry. In music, movement, media, and message, our tailored MasterClasses provide invaluable insights and guidance to help teens thrive in their ministry journey. Those classes will follow the YQ Morning Gathering on Friday, July 24 and Saturday, July 25, and they’ll be held simultaneously throughout the EU campus. Each class will be offered twice, so students will have the opportunity to engage with all four over those two days.
From honing leadership skills to delving into specific ministry areas, there's something for everyone, including dedicated sessions for youth ministry leaders. Don't miss out on this transformative experience—join us this summer and unlock your full potential!
We have plenty to do in Franklin Springs at Emmanuel University! In the Athletic Center, play a pick-up game of basketball, bump-set-spike with your friends on the volleyball court, go for a swim in the half-Olympic-sized pool, bowl a few frames in the bowling alley, or get your workout reps in the fitness center (age restrictions apply)! We’ll have tennis and pickleball courts open as well! If you're looking to make new friends but not get sweaty, then find your way to Rob-Lob (that’s Roberson Lobby) for our Prayer Room happening during every free time AND don't forget about our ping pong and pool tables in Wellons! With all that and MUCH more to expect during this year's YQ you don't want to miss it!
If you’re thinking this event would be an OUTSTANDING opportunity for you to introduce teens, leaders, and families to your organization, you’re absolutely right! Every year, we offer vendors and exhibitors the opportunity to partner with us in sponsoring this event, and share the stories of the products and services they offer. There are lots of ways for you to get involved! If you’d like more information about setting up an exhibit, selling your merch, or advertising for your organization, then please contact our StuMin team at students@iphc.org. Investing in this generation through YouthQuest and the National Fine Arts Festival is a win-win! If you'd like to be a sponsor click here to register!
