People to People Ministries is excited to welcome Teresa Brown to the WMMD team. Teresa comes to us with over 15 years of children and missions experience. She taught English as a second language to international college students attending Oklahoma City University, seeing many of them come to Christ. While on staff with Scope Ministries International she attended Amsterdam 2000 through the Billy Graham Association. Teresa shares many experiences with missions in Mexico, Spain and Bahamas including working with an orphanage in the heart of Cancun and spending a summer in Spain sharing the Gospel with children in Valencia, Casteldefels and Barcelona. Teresa received a B.A. in Missiology from Toccoa Falls Bible College in 1990 and a Master’s degree in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 1992. This year she will be celebrating 12 years of marriage to her husband Tommy. Together they have one son, Nathaniel, who is in the 4th grade. They reside in Edmond, Oklahoma.
