On August 18, 2026, the IPHC Council of Bishops convened to consider nominees for officers of World Missions Ministries and the newly structured Church Ministries divisions. Following the presentation of nominees by the General Superintendent, the Council of Bishops elected Bishop Stanley Reynolds to lead World Missions Ministries and Rev. Michael Ryan Linkous to lead Church Ministries.
These elections follow actions taken by delegates of the 30th IPHC General Conference, which established a new leadership structure for the denomination. Under this structure, the General Superintendent and Assistant General Superintendent are elected by the General Conference, while the officers of World Missions Ministries and Church Ministries are elected by the Council of Bishops upon consideration of nominees presented by the General Superintendent.
