IPHC Covid-19 Response & Resources

This page collects IPHC COVID-19 resources for churches, families, and individuals. Though the novel coronavirus has presented the church with brand-new challenges, these challenges are not unprecedented. Other historical events have scattered the church, threatening the health and safety of individuals and making it difficult or impossible to gather in worship. Still, as with every situation, God's presence and provision are sure. And even in the midst of a "valley of shadow of death" we can be fearless because He is with us.

We can see evidence of His presence in what this situation asks of us. "Social distancing" means our worship gatherings must take on new forms. Sheltering in place means families have more time together, and we've seen renewed interest in Bible study and family worship. And as with any crisis, people in our communities are asking questions about eternal things, about the meaning of this chapter of the story.

This page collects resources from around the IPHC and elsewhere that we believe can help you and your church to move forward, through this valley of shadow. While our regular church services are disrupted, the church need not be. Use these resources as tools to join others in new ways:

Whatever your need--for family devotionals, for setting up online giving, for virtual meetings--our desire is to provide resources that can help you and your church weather this storm. We'd also encourage you to communicate and share with other churches and leaders you trust, and we commit to being a clearinghouse for information and ideas that are helpful to the church of Jesus Christ during this unprecedented time.
