“I am happy to announce that IPHC is now officially registered and operative in Scotland thanks to the focused and faith-filled ministry of Samuel and Bethany Bridges,” Presley wrote to the WMM council. “Within just over one year in Northeast Scotland, Samuel and Bethany found the "man of peace", ordained two people, embraced a church as IPHC-Member, gathered at least five other like-minded ministries to show public support, and held a conference with four other IPHC countries represented, plus Bishop Ray and Alison Boggs (as WMM representatives).”

Arise Conference for Arise Network, IPHC Scotland.Samuel and Bethany Bridges began their missionary journey in Wales in 2022. With a strong call to reach the Celtic nations, they followed the Lord’s leading to Scotland in August 2024, where they witnessed the Lord’s faithfulness to bring about this new work.
“We give all glory to God for His leading, anointing, favor, and the faithfulness of these Spirit-led missionaries who surrendered and made themselves available to do a ‘New Thing’ not only in Scotland, but to all the Celtic nations. This is just the beginning,” WMM Executive Director, Bishop Talmadge Gardner said. “To their ministry partners who prayed and provided financial support — thank you!”
At the end of 2024, WMM reported an increased ministry presence into 120 countries, leaving 95 countries within the regional boundaries to still be reached. As Regional Directors, National Leaders, and missionaries selflessly serve, WMM continues to witness the Lord of the Harvest at work among the nations. Souls are being saved, churches are being planted, and ministry presence is increasing all for the Glory of God.
