Mrema Messenger
by Kundael & Yasinta Mrema
Dear mission partners,
What a joy to be able to greet you once again in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.
The Lord is Good
We stand in awe when we look back at how The Lord has brought us through. From the state of weakness I had after the surgery, The Lord has strengthened me in such a way that I can walk three miles for exercise without any problem. Surely we give all the glory and the praise to God for His goodness.
General Conference
We have a General Conference in Zambia September 3rd-6th, 2015. Please pray that we get good leaders through the elections who are ready to lead well in the next 4 years. In Malawi, their General Conference is scheduled for October 12th-15th, 2015. This will be the third General Conference in Malawi and we trust that this will set in motion a new page of blessing to the PHC in Malawi. Please remember these General Conferences in your prayers; we ask you to pray that there will be smooth transitions.
Unfinished Churches
We have three church buildings in three different regions in Tanzania that need roofing: one is in Dodoma Central Tanzania, the second is in Singida Central Tanzania, and the third is in Mbeya on the Southern Highlands. If you would like to help with the process of roofing these churches, please send funds to the Tanzania church planting account. Please also pray for funds to come in for putting windows, doors, and floors in the two churches we built last year. Kimamba Church Project (Account #12504P) needs $8,000; and Kilosa Church Project (Account #12505P) needs $7,000.
Appreciation
We want to express our gratitude to those whom we met either in the 3M meals or in the churches for their support. For those we didn’t meet face to face, please accept our heartfelt gratitude for your faithfulness in partnering with us in prayers and financial support for the sake of the Kingdom of God. Thank you so much!
We are Still Here
We had thought we would be back to the mission field by the end of July, but it didn’t work out. It has been slow for the funds to come in, but we keep on trusting and confiding in the Lord who called us. Please pray for our support to come in quickly so that we may be released to go back to the mission field.
Kids Corner
Summer is almost over and back-to-school is here with excitement filling the air. Lydia has registered at North Greenville University for her first year. She is pursuing her education to study Psychology. We are glad for her because this has been her dream. Elifadhili has also registered back at Holmes Bible College for his senior year there. Elishama graduated in May from Holmes and he is praying for direction. Please pray for them.
We wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving. We love and appreciate you all.
