OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla.— World Missions Ministries (WMM) announces its 2025 Statistical Report detailing an increased ministry presence in one new country and the planting of 759 new churches.
In 2017, WMM accepted the challenge brought forth in the ARISE 2033 vision to plant 5,000 new churches outside of the United States and establish an IPHC ministry presence in 50 new countries by 2033. Following that vision, WMM implemented six strategies throughout its 13 regional networks: 1. prayer, 2. evangelism or winning the lost, 3. discipling believers, 4. planting churches, 5. targeting the 7,248 unreached or unengaged ethnic groups in the world, and 6. changing a paradigm by challenging nations to become sending as opposed to receiving.
World Missions gives all glory to God for the 6,007 new churches planted since 2017. This also means WMM has exceeded the Arise 2033 vision of planting 5,000 new churches by the year 2033.
"There are still 94 countries within our regional boundaries without an IPHC ministry presence," Executive Director Bishop Talmadge Gardner shared. "These countries are our focused priority."
