GREETINGS & HOPE YOU ARE WELL
We are all doing life somewhat differently than we expected. It has become a day of closed churches and on-line outreaches, Zoom meetings, WhatsApp, Skype, and other internet based social media. Our prayer in all this would be that you and your family stay well and, as we go through this, we will see many people awakened to their need of a Savior.
In the last 2 months, several of our countries have fallen into a desperate situation and we have developed an Emergency Coronavirus Fund for feeding. Our area of Eurasia and the Middle East includes Ukraine, Romania, Israel, and Palestinian Territories.
UKRAINE:
Ukraine has been hard hit with a shutdown of the economy and no government help. This is a country with no on-line bank system so with churches closed, there is no income. We have 120 drug rehab residents and staff and on a normal day, the whole Drug Rehab program is self sustaining. With a loss of all their jobs, WMM and several of you have helped us send emergency funds to keep them fed. In addition, we are feeding a growing homeless population not far from the mother church 3 days a week.

ROMANIA:
As a former Communist country, Romania knows what it's like to go through hard times. The general population is just making it so far, but our Gypsy Churches have a very high unemployment rate and we've sent food funds their way. We also we have 2 elderly centers, with close to 100 persons, and we've been able to send relief to them as well.

ISRAEL:
Once Israel shut down, it was pretty tight. We have about 140 drug rehab patients and staff, and they are in the same boat as their Ukrainian friends. They were self-sufficient until the businesses closed, and then they needed help for the next few months. They have also been looking after about 300 Holocaust Survivors with food hampers. This has made a big difference we have seen over 30 persons accept Yeshua (Jesus) as their Messiah. There is an open door of opportunity right now in Israel.

BETHLEHEM, PALESTINIAN TERRITORIES:
Even though we have a small work there, Pastor Khader has made a big impact as he and the Church have taken on the task to reach their Muslim neighbors all around the Church with food hampers. The police gave them permissions to do this, and the Mayor found out and endorsed them as well and added more names to their list. They now have up to 250 families. What an example of the Church being "the Church".

NEXT GENERATION:
I am so excited to see the people I mostly work with on the field are the under 45 group. They are taking the message and the assignment and are running with it. They are full of enthusiasm and are tuned into the Spirit to do what the Lord is calling them to do.
