The Caribbean Connection

Updates & Prayers
These past few months we have had the privilege of being in 5 countries. The truth be known, our lives continue to be deeply impacted by those that we have met and known. We would like to share some sweet memories with you. In June, we went to Cuba and Darrel preached in a church where we had put in a floor in 2008 with the help of “Kingdom Place” of Lumberton, NC. When the floor was installed in this church, it had been closed by the government due to unsafe conditions. Now, fast forward to this past June when we visited again- Darrel ministered in the Word and we were able to have children’s program. After preaching the Word, Darrel had the privilege of leading two men to the Lord. Please celebrate with us as you can see the growth of the church!
It has been our privilege to be missionaries for 18 years, 12 of those in the Caribbean. God has truly blessed us with amazing opportunities. This is a photo of Dioni, whom many of you have had the privilege of meeting. We first met Dioni and his family many, many years ago. As you can see in the photos he has grown up. He and his mother Ida continue to live in the house that “Chadbourn PH” remodeled for them. His older brother Eudi has since gone home to be with the Lord. Please remember this family in your prayers as they pursue God’s purpose for their lives.
Serving God and the Caribbean as missionaries continues to be the calling of our lives. We deeply appreciate you, our partners, that have enabled us to serve through your obedient and sacrificial giving. The Churches here are maturing and your sacrifice has not been for nothing. God is raising up a church, one that is pure and holy, like Him. There is still great work to do throughout this region!
We are returning to the States to raise finances for this ministry. We are available to come and visit your church, small group, club, or you individually.
