Gonzales Newsletter: July 2026

Dear Partners and Friends,

May the steadfast love and mercy of God continue to touch people's lives and produce fruitful ministry with IPHC Thailand as we carry out the Great Commission in this predominantly Buddhist nation, in line with the vision ARISE 2033.

Recently, two people received the Lord Jesus Christ, and two new believers were baptized at Don Muang Church in Bangkok. Thank God for the continuous growth of believers in the church, some of whom have become Pastors, leaders, and servants of the church. In the early years of this church's ministry, two churches were planted: the Thai Church and the Akha Tribe Church in the North. Praise the Lord! The Akha Tribe church, “Khon Suey Church,” had demolished the church’s old building and built a new, bigger, and better one to accommodate more than a hundred members. The Thai church “Lighthouse Church,” on the other hand, has a growing number of members and has built its own church building. Moreover, the ministry expanded under Pastor Chi Chang to Myanmar, near the Thailand border, and established seven churches under our organization. We feel privileged to support the son of our leader in Myanmar, “Pastor Chi Chart,” in his enrollment and study in the Bible School. The son, “Kyardaw Shar,” will be graduating by March 2027 with a bachelor’s degree in Ministerial Studies. The Lord is using him mightily in his dad’s ministry to expand the kingdom of God in their community and surrounding villages. Indeed, he will be one of the future leaders of this new generation. The opening of a new church in Mai Chan, Chiang Rai, in northern Thailand, on May 14 last year brought more encouragement to our church-planting movement. God is good! Please join us in prayer for more souls to be saved, more workers in the vineyard, more churches to be planted, and more disciples of Jesus Christ to be made.

The humanitarian services our group uses to reach out to the community for Jesus include the Hands of Hope Foundation, People to People Ministries, Hope Center Ministries, and the upcoming ministry project, “Children’s Home”. Thanks to all People-to-People faithful supporters. Currently, 17 residents are undergoing rehabilitation at our Hope Center facilities in Phetchabun, and we are tremendously encouraged and blessed to see their behavior and attitudes improving. This transformation in their lives must be brought by the power of the presented gospel and the love of Jesus Christ.

Another grand event was the opening of the Cultural and Skill Development at Mottana Church in Ratchaburi on June 14. It was a huge success! The special guests were the government officials from the Ratchaburi District. Thank God for Dr. Wallapa Wisawasukmongchol and Rev. Russell Board for their outstanding leadership to keep the ministry growing.

Your faithfulness as partners in the gospel of Christ has greatly impacted the fruitfulness of the ministry here in Thailand. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.
