We are so excited about what God is doing not only in Amsterdam, Holland through our ministry, but also for what is happening around the world.
In March, Matt took a ministry team to Chile, his birthland, to be a part of training over one thousand young people in power evangelism. Power evangelism is sharing the gospel using healing, prophecy, words of knowledge, and other gifts of the Holy Spirit. The fruit of the trip was amazing. Many testimonies of healings, salvations, and people being filled and touched by the Holy Spirit keep coming in from the trip.
One of the highlights of the trip, however, was finally getting to meet the Chilean RUAH School of Prophecy trainers in person. Testimonies continue coming in from what God has done through this online Bible School. Here are two testimonies from trainers in Chile and in Texas who, through RUAH, have been able to see new churches started.
New Churches in Chile and Texas

CHILE - At the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, Jenn felt like she needed to learn more about prophecy. She watched different videos of Matt’s teachings and bought his book on prophecy. Shortly thereafter, she signed up to take part in RUAH School of Prophecy. During school she experienced restoration, transformation of her self-image, and was overwhelmed with all of God’s promises. One of the first scriptures she received was Isaiah 58:11, “The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.”
This scripture was like a seed in her heart that would eventually lead to starting a new church called “La Fuente”, or The Fountain. Jenn, together with her husband, started regularly hosting a house group through zoom where they taught everything they had learned at RUAH. The group kept growing as people experienced the Holy Spirit and saw physical healing take place during their online meetings. As the group grew, they kept seeing more healings and even miracles take place. People were healed of panic attacks, fibromyalgia, and all kinds of other illnesses. One older man who was blind began seeing after he received prayer during a zoom meeting. The next day he sent everyone handwritten notes.
On another occasion, two people who did not believe in God decided to join the meeting simply out of curiosity. During the meeting, they were urged to ask God a question silently. Then, other people in the group were asked to write down how they thought God wanted to answer their question without knowing what the question was. These two visitors were amazed when they were given exact answers to their questions. Since then, they have gotten baptized, gotten married, and are now leaders in the church.
What simply started out as an evening of prophetic ministry has now become an official church. Their church continues to grow, and they love to activate people in prophecy (hearing God’s voice) and help people discover God’s love and power. But, above all, they desire for people to be filled with the water that comes from God’s fountain of life that never runs dry.
TEXAS - Justin and Jovie live in North Padre Island, Texas. During one of the RUAH online evenings they received a prophetic word about someone seeing a new church being started in their home. They did not know how they could do such a thing, but they were definitely open for such an adventure.
One day, Jovie noticed that a neighbor was being taken by the ambulance to the hospital. She sent her neighbor a text to let her know she would be praying for her. When the neighbor responded grateful for the prayer, Jovie felt like God told her to send her a recorded prayer via her telephone.
As she was recording the prayer, she began to see a vision of her neighbor's body and commanded the bleeding to stop. She also told the fever to stop and spoke to the pain in her heart to disappear. She went on to pray for a list of symptoms that she was seeing and commanded her body to be healed. After she sent the message, and when her neighbor did not respond on that day, nor on the next, Jovie feared that she had really made a mistake by praying that prayer. However, her neighbor then called her and said the following:
“When I heard your prayer, it was as if the very voice of God was speaking to me. Everything you described was exactly what I was dealing with at that moment. After I heard your prayer, all of the bleeding, fever, pain, etc. simply disappeared. I fell in a deep restful sleep. The doctors thought that I was about to die. The next day however, I woke up healthy and well. Thank you so much for sending me that prayer.”
The next time her neighbor visited her house, she walked in and said, “We need to start something new. A new group or something here at your house." That was the beginning of the house church that had been prophesied over Jovie and Justin during a RUAH evening. That group now meets every Wednesday, and the people who attend have been experiencing Jesus in a very real and tangible way.
