- Living Israel
Here at Living Israel, we are sickened at the unprovoked terrorist attacks of the Hamas militants as they breached Israel brutally killing more than 1000 Israelis as well as taking more than 150 as hostages.
How does love respond to such brutality?
Mark 2:17 states, "When Jesus heard it, He said to them, 'Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.'"
- We serve more than 250 holocaust survivors on a monthly basis, visiting them and providing for the shortfall in the needs they have. There is a great deal of fear and need to simply spend more time with them.
- Our soup kitchen continues full force in Tel Aviv, an open door for anyone in need.
- We have been converted our main Church building into a bomb shelter, providing shelter, food and comfort to those who are in need.
- The youth are gathering and worshipping.
Throughout Israel there is a general unrest and fear. The believers are shining with the truth of the Gospel, leading the relief effort across the nation.
We have been bombarded with the question, “What can we do?”
1. PRAY
PRAY for the peace of Israel for her people and all the innocents involved in this brutal act of terrorism. This is a spiritual war and must be won in both the Spirit and the physical.
2. GIVE
This is a critical moment for the Church in Israel as well as the nation as a whole. This is the time that is ripe for revival! Our 35 churches feel called to reach their fellow citizens with the love of Yeshua and frankly we need your help.
