CHAPLAINS OF HOPE RESOURCES

To whom it may concern:

It is our pleasure to inform you that the recipient of this letter has completed the three required levels of training that are a part of our Chaplains of Hope ministry.

It is mandatory that all three levels be satisfied for a participant to be officially certified as a Chaplain of Hope.

The three levels incorporate the following instructed emphasis:

- Level I - A Christian approach to community outreach through an extension of the local church with a focus on bringing hope to the five pillars of a community.
- Level II – To further develop a COH understanding of the necessary components for success in this ministry. To offer insight and application of chaplaincy principles.
- Level III – This course is designed to teach and train adults how to compassionately, safely, and effectively respond to common mental health emergency crises that will affect 20% - 25% of the American adult population each year.

Each level of training requires a 10-hour lecture course.
- Eight classroom instructional hours.
- Two laboratory hours.

Please be informed that this is not a professional certification but a ministry qualification.

We are excited about the individuals who will benefit from the deposits of love and hope that our Chaplains of Hope will provide.

Thank you.
Grace & Peace,
