Faith to Believe
Then he said, “Hear now, O house of David! Is it a small thing for you to weary men, but will you weary my God also? Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.” – Isaiah 7:13, 14
Isaiah told Ahaz in Isaiah 7:9, “If you will not believe, Surely you shall not be established.” God wants us to say, “Yes, I believe your word.” If we say yes, God will “Amen” us; He will establish His word in our lives.
Just as Ahaz believed the foretelling of Christ’s birth, let us stand in faith that His word will be established in our lives this Christmas.
