M-Initiative
The M-Initiative is a ministry of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church (IPHC) dedicated to empowering, equipping, and connecting pastors who lead congregations of more than 500 members. Recognizing the unique responsibilities and opportunities that come with leading larger congregations, the M-Initiative provides specialized leadership development, meaningful fellowship, and personalized ministry support.
Through this initiative, experienced pastors are encouraged to invest in the next generation of church leaders through mentorship, sharing their wisdom, experiences, and spiritual guidance. By fostering collaboration and strengthening relationships, the M-Initiative seeks to cultivate a community of visionary leaders who are equipped to navigate the challenges of ministry while advancing the Kingdom of God.
