More than ever, we sense the importance of being together. Ministry can feel heavy, leadership can feel lonely, and the work of making disciples can feel overwhelming at times. But we were never meant to do it alone. We need one another.

This year, Discipleship Ministries wants to say something clearly to every pastor, leader, volunteer, and servant across the IPHC: We are here for you.

We invite all conference and local leaders to join us for our Day of Discipleship, a time designed to encourage, equip, and walk alongside those who are faithfully serving the Church. Throughout the afternoon, you will experience dynamic speakers, interactive ministry moments, and practical conversations focused on discipleship in today’s ministry context.

The day will conclude with an evening meal hosted by the Discipleship Ministries team. Following our dinner, our guest speaker, Pastor Tim Dilena from Times Square Church, will bring a timely message of encouragement to strengthen you for ministry. Our hope is to create a sense of home, a place where leaders can pause, connect, share stories, and be encouraged by what God is doing across the IPHC.
