As we continue our journey in discipleship, we arrive at the next pillar, surrender. Surrender is the humble response of a heart that trusts God completely—it is our release, our dependence, and our willing acknowledgment that His ways are higher than our own. It goes beyond a single decision or moment and becomes a daily posture of yielding every part of life into His hands. Jesus modeled this surrender through a life marked by obedience, sacrifice, and unwavering trust in the Father’s will, even when the cost was great. Embracing this pillar means learning to lay down our desires, our control, and our fears, allowing God to lead us fully as our lives declare a continual “yes” to His purposes and plan.
