August 17-22, Mission M25 will join with Mountain Family Worship Center of Helena, MT, Pastor Paul McElroy and Living Word Pentecostal Holiness Church of Maiden, NC, Pastor Rick Haug to give away a “War Horse” named Oreo to the Native Americans. The recipient will also receive a saddle, blanket and bridle.
We will also serve the Native Americans by picking up trash around the “Sacred Dance Floor” and join a Native American Church and Pastor Russell Stands Over Bull in providing meals and a worship service. We are planting seeds of forgiveness for the injustice and inhumane treatment the Native Americans have endured in this nation. This is believed to be the largest Pow Wow in the USA. This is in Crow Agency, MT, hosted by the Crow Nation. It is estimated that there will be 1,500 tepees and thousands of participants from all over the USA.
