The Religious Alliance Against Pornography Webinar: Unashamed
The Religious Alliance Against Pornography (RAAP), which began in 1986, has been actively involved in uniting people of many faith groups against the issues of pornography. The International Pentecostal Holiness Church (IPHC) has been a member of this group for several years. In an effort to raise awareness and help the church address these issues, RAPP and the IPHC will offer another free webinar in the on-going series dealing with the concerns of pornography. The topic for the October webinar is “Unashamed: Pornography, Shame, and the Healing Community”
According to RAPP, “This webinar will examine the role of shame, especially in relation to the promises of intimacy pornography promises but never delivers. A healing community is one that enables brokenness to be openly discussed, so that it can be healed. We will explore some of the essential characteristics of a healing community, along with key principles to help people gain freedom from the damage of pornography.”
We hope you can join us for this free webinar which will be held on October 16, 12 p.m. EDT and October 23, 8 p.m. EDT. Registration is free but required. For more information, please download this brochure.
