Hurricane Harvey began its siege against the Texas coast on Friday, August 25th, with winds up to 135 miles per hour. Officially classified as a category four hurricane, Harvey hit some of the most populated cities in Texas including Corpus Cristi, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin.
The torrential rain has caused major damage with many Texans forced to flee their homes in the wake of the storm. Thousands of people are now homeless due to flooding.
