Within the shadows of New York City, Oasis Christian Center is bringing light to people from various ethnic, religious and economic backgrounds. Pastor Fred McCarthy shares, “…I remember us sitting at our kitchen table and these words just kept coming to us that this was to be a place of refreshing for people. A place that you can come and get refreshed, get life.”
Whether ministering to people struggling with addiction, loss, pain or brokenness, “We, as a church, continue to infuse in every single one of our ministries that it doesn’t matter where you are, or what you’ve been through, if you keep moving forward, if you keep pressing towards that mark, and pressing towards that goal, there will be victory in the end.”
