Discipleship Ministries and the National Women’s Ministries Board are pleased to announce Whitney Davis as the new IPHC Women’s Ministries Director.
“Whitney brings a lot of passion and vision to women’s ministries. We are confident that she will excel in this new role, and excited to have her as a part of the Discipleship Ministries Team.” – Bishop Tommy McGhee
Whitney has worked for over 12 years as a Labor/Delivery and Mother/Baby Nurse, and is now making the transition to full time ministry where the Lord has opened doors for her to continue fulfilling her dreams of encouraging and ministering to women. Whitney grew up in the IPHC and she and her husband, Brad, have pastored in the local church for almost 10 years. They have a blended family of five children ranging from four to twenty-one years old. She has been in the trenches of motherhood with the “littles” for the past several years, and is excited about this next chapter as her children are growing older and her season of ministry is shifting.
“I am honored and thrilled to begin this new journey. The Lord has been cultivating dreams in me regarding ministry to women for over two years. The desire of my heart is to encourage and equip women to live an empowered life through discipleship. I believe the women working in the local church are the real heroes and I am excited to cast vision, serve and be a resource them.” – Whitney Davis
