Part of the believer’s life of steadfast prayer is praying for the renewal of God’s people corporately and individually. It is helpful to have a prayer guide that leads you in your intercession for the Body of Christ. Awakening America, an organization committed to praying for revival, has developed “20 Indicators of Awakening.” Ten of the indicators relate to the church, and ten relate to the culture. These indicators serve as focal points of prayer and strategic engagement. While these were developed with America in mind, they can be applied in any context and setting: any family, any church, any city, any nation.
Use these individually, in a small group, a weekly prayer meeting, in community prayer events, etc.
